For three days and two nights, staff of the association, local volunteers from Cristuru Secuiesc, European Volunteers and their mentors got to know better each other, learn about the importance of working together and supporting each other and became a more unified group.

Participants had to fade problem solving activities whose possibe solutions always involved teamwork; there were debates, conflict management activities, board games, they cooked and cleaned together, they enjoyed their leisure time always in company, and finally they came back together, as a group, as a family and as a refreshed A.T.A. team!
