WOW Training - Italy

Associazione Agrado organized the second training, this time in Beja, Portugal. The first edition of the continuation of the training was designed to develop basic skills: to improve young people's attitudes to education and employment, as well as initiative, creativity, teamwork and entrepreneurial skills development.

The objectives of the training were:

- Discussion of new methods of acquiring the group, development of professional skills of the youth worker jobs and create good entrepreneurship

- Entrepreneurship as a career option, the presentation of successful models

- Tools and methods to find, which is developed for professional development
