They did their projects in 4 activities: Suzanne from France and Zsuzsi from Hungary did recycling and up-cycling workshops on a weekly basis for youths and children in the local schools, neighboring villages and in the EVS house. Arpine from Armenia and Dori from Hungary did TV support activities which meant that they filmed, edited and published video material about the events in the city, the projects done by the host organization and the EVS activities. Tamta from Georgia and Heni from Hungary did Radio support activities, which meant that they worked together with the staff Prima Radio in Odorheiu Secuiesc and with Vox FM in Cristuru Secuiesc and made news materials, music shows and talk shows in the radio. Ruta from Lithuania started supporting the Host NGO with its local activities and international projects, but then stopped her activity after 3 months as she found a job in the United Kingdom.

As a result of these activities were the following: The community: received more than 70 recycling and up-cycling workshops where around 200 children and young people learned how to creatively recycle items that otherwise would be considered trash.
Around 3000 members of our community had the opportunity to experience more than 40 videos with news about the community and they listened to more than 60 radio shows and they have been interviewed more than 30 times. Through these possibilities they have become more informed about what is happening in the community, events, happenings, but also about the activities of the volunteers, about EVS and Youth in Action.
Around 150 people attended the events of volunteers’ personal projects. They were students in schools who learned about Armenia and Armenian dances; about Mrs. Zsuzsa about who Dori made five reports related to medicinal plants and people who watched these reports; people who who attended the reading event organized by Tamta and Heni; families who came to the event organized by Suzanne with the exchange of dishes; and people who participated in the exhibition organized by Zsuzsi.
More than 200 people: who have learned about tolerance, civil society representatives who have received training and youth who participated in the Olympics organization by the Association, all local events where volunteers were part of the organizers.
Through these achievements and the personal and professional learning achievements of the 7 volunteers, we consider that this project was a successful project which reached its objectives and started up a sustainable process which can be continued both with local efforts but also with new EVS projects.
